Tsinghua University has a total of 292 public multimedia classrooms, distributed across 19 teaching buildings. All these classrooms adopt Crestron central control systems. However, the original multimedia classroom management system had simple functions and insufficient intelligence, resulting in a heavy workload for management personnel.

       In 2019, Beijing Huacan Electronics designed and developed a brand-new integrated management platform for multimedia classrooms for Tsinghua University.

Establish a single sign-on platform as the unified entry point for all subsystems of multimedia classrooms, and adopt unified identity authentication

Build a multimedia centralized management system that can control existing classroom equipment such as Crestron central control systems, and access monitoring systems from Hikvision, Dahua and Keda. The multimedia system can be linked with Shibang's IP voice intercom system. When an IP phone call comes in, administrators can answer the call on the platform. Finally, it realizes intuitive management of multimedia classrooms on a single interface.

Connect with the educational administration system independently developed by Tsinghua University, and finally realize that the classroom podium locks can be opened in advance according to the course timetable, simplifying management.
